严筱永，男，博士，副教授，2013年毕业于南京理工大学计算机科学与技术专业、获博士学位，2015年被评为副教授，2017年到南京邮电大学任教。目前主要研究方向是无线传感器网络、无线网络定位、机器学习、模式识别等。主持和参与了多个项目，包括：中国博士后基金、江苏省博士后基金、江苏省高校自然科学项目等多个项目。发表论文十余篇余篇，其中SCI收录六篇，论文被多次引用。
