毕辉，男，1994年生，工学博士、博士后，南京邮电大学校聘教授，beat365体育官方网站院长助理，交通工程系副系主任。东南大学交通运输工程博士，苏黎世联邦理工学院联合培养博士/访问学者。中国公路学会会员，美国土木工程协会会员，南京市科技咨询专家，江苏省通信学会青年工作委员会委员，江苏省高等学校科学技术协会高级会员。主要从事出行行为分析与建模、城市交通规划与政策、交通大数据分析与挖掘、交通安全等方面研究工作。目前，在IEEE T-ITS，Transportation Research Part A，Accident Analysis and Prevention，Transportation，Transport Policy，Journal of Transport Geography，Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting，Swiss Transport Research Conference等交通领域权威期刊和学术会议上发表论文40余篇，其中以第一作者发表SCI/SSCI检索论文16篇。申请发明专利及软著9项，其中授权7项。主持参与多项省部级以上项目。受邀参加美国TRB、瑞士STRC等国外学术会议并作报告，同时担任30余家国际期刊和会议编委及审稿人。
