毕辉,男,1994年生,工学博士、博士后,南京邮电大学校聘教授,beat365体育官方网站院长助理,交通工程系副系主任。东南大学交通运输工程博士,苏黎世联邦理工学院联合培养博士/访问学者。中国公路学会会员,美国土木工程协会会员,南京市科技咨询专家,江苏省通信学会青年工作委员会委员,江苏省高等学校科学技术协会高级会员。主要从事出行行为分析与建模、城市交通规划与政策、交通大数据分析与挖掘、交通安全等方面研究工作。目前,在IEEE T-ITS,Transportation Research Part A,Accident Analysis and Prevention,Transportation,Transport Policy,Journal of Transport Geography,Transportation Research Board Annual Meeting,Swiss Transport Research Conference等交通领域权威期刊和学术会议上发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者发表SCI/SSCI检索论文16篇。申请发明专利及软著9项,其中授权7项。主持参与多项省部级以上项目。受邀参加美国TRB、瑞士STRC等国外学术会议并作报告,同时担任30余家国际期刊和会议编委及审稿人。
