刘洋,女,1987年生,工学博士,南京邮电大学校聘教授。毕业于东北大学控制科学与工程专业,主要研究非线性系统的自适应模糊控制,多智能体的协同控制等。在国际顶级期IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等以及国内的控制领域的顶级期刊IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica (自动化学报英文版) 上发表学术论文10余篇,并有多篇被评为ESI 高被引论文。同时,兼任多个国际学术期刊的如Automatica, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics等审稿人。
